Styled Shoot | Golden Hour in the Fields

I love living in California, everything is so picturesque which, makes it easy to find a perfect spot to pull off the side of the road and do a photo shoot. That’s just what I did one evening with Sun and Life Photography and Charlotte Orr from The Lubo Collective. My initial plan for this shoot was to use some dried flowers and weeds I picked off the side of the road in my floral arrangements. I bought some gorgeous garden roses from Grace Rose Farm mixed with some different varieties of dahlias. I wanted to create using neutral and natural elements, where the backdrop and flowers mixed in perfect harmony. I love this photo shoot for many reasons, one reason being that it starts at golden hour and then turns into a kind of spooky night shoot with Charlotte wearing the darker blue dress. The darker photos evoke a deep feeling of passion and mystery.
